GROWING THE DDP FOOT-PRINT

Increasing areas of our work and building new partnership and relationships in the KZN region and around the country, in line with our theme; “Deepening partnerships towards a sustainable, active and responsible citizenship”.

DDP has hosted dialogues, capacity building workshops and round-table discussions with communities in KZN areas like PMB, Eshowe, Jozini, Kraanskop, and in the Durban Metropolitan.

Earlier this year, we hosted a post SONA dialogue in Cape Town Khayelitsha in the Western Cape in partnership with My Vote Counts (MVC), Institute for Justice and Reconciliation (IJR), and the Development Action Group (DAG). We hosted another fruitful engagement in Johannesburg Gauteng in partnership with Youth-Lab, Activate, Plan-Act and the Socio-Economic Rights Institute (SERI). In the Eastern Cape province, we have worked with Afesis Corplan. And in the KwaZulu Natal province, our footprint has grown over the last year.
