The Democracy Development Program (DDP) in partnership with the Independent Electoral Commission(IEC) and the Council for the Advancement of the South African Constitution invites you to a public forum that will engage citizens on the recent call by civil society organizations for the government to view the Political Party Funding Act. The public forum will be held at Maharani Hotel in Durban on Thursday, 12 March 2020 at 08:30 am -14:00 pm and will be led by IEC, CEO, Sy Mamabolo and Lawson Naidoo, Executive Secretary of CASAC.

Kindly see the invitation attached for more details. Media interviews with the panelist can be done after the forum.

Members of the media wishing to cover the forum are required to send their details to Sthabiso Mdledle sthabisom@ddp.org.za | 0313049305  by Wednesday, 11 March 2020, 16:00 pm.

Details required are: Full name, name of the media organization, designation (writer, photographer, for example), telephone number, and cell phone number.
