The Democracy Development Program hosted it’s second Civic Education Dialogue in Northern KZN. This dialogue was hosted on the 17th of March 2020 in KwaSkhemelele, in Umhlabuyalingana which is a local municipality under the uMkhanyakude District municipality. At this dialogue, our Facilitator, Shakespear Baleni engages community members and recruits of the Extended Public Works Program about the importance of participatory democracy
