North and South Beach community members at the DDP civic education dialogue hosted at the Durban Spa Hotel

DDP hosted a civic education dialogue at the Durban Spar hotel on the 11th of February 2022. The aim of the dialogue was to empower the community of South and North beach through easy access to information on service delivery, the performance of service providers, making it easier for citizens to hold politicians to account. Secondly, to allow public servants a chance to gauge citizens’ satisfaction levels. This dialogue was facilitated by DDP Associate facilitator, Jais Mbewe.
