Women, Democracy and Leadership Dialogue

The Democracy Development Program convened a dialogue with women in Kwamashu and surrounding areas. This dialogue was guided by the theme: Enhancing Active Participation and Gender Equality Practices for Women and complemented by subjects such as leadership and development and advocacy, lobbying and gender equality. This was aimed at building a momentum of women’s active participation in democratic processes, active participation in structures talking about governance and development.

This dialogue was held at KwaMashu F Hall on the 17th March 2022, and was facilitated by Portia Nyambose.
