Dr Olalekan Adisa, BSc, MPIA, MSc (Political Science), MSc (Project Management), PhD, SFHEA is a Senior Lecturer and Programme Director for the MSc International Project Management programme at York St John University, London. He has over 17 years of experience in higher education, specialising in project management, governance, leadership, and organisational development. His research focuses on project governance, ethical leadership, public administration, and sustainable development. Dr Adisa is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), an External Examiner, and an active researcher with publications in leading academic outlets.
