The project engaged young leaders in fostering self-confidence and visions for change while exploring ways to provide tools and professional networks needed to launch or further political careers. Participants interacted with public, private, academic, religious, and grassroots organizations to learn about best practices in responsible citizen activism and leadership, as well as educational and social strategies to prepare youth for positive civic engagement. The project included volunteer activities, professional networking, and opportunities for participants to share empowerment strategies they use in their home countries.
